Giovani Dos Santos Premier Cup: FC Barcelona 2004

Son of former Brazilian national team player “Zizinho”, Mexican born “Gio” was a key player in Mexico’s win in the U-17 World Championship 2005 in Peru and awarded the Silver Ball as second best player of the tournament. A regular in the national team, he made both his first team and Champions League debut for Barcelona in September 2007 at just 18 years-of-age but has since moved on to experience football in the English Premiership with Tottenham Hotspur.
Carlos Vela Premier Cup: Chivas Guadalahara 2004
Vela was a key player in Mexico’s win in the U-17 World Championship 2005 in Peru and awarded the Golden Boot as Top Scorer. He signed for Arsenal, gaining experience in the Spanish La Liga with Celta Viga, Salamanca and Osasuna before making his Premiership debut in August 2008 against Newcastle.
