Andy van der Meyde Premier Cup: Ajax 1994
Van der Meyde lit up the inaugural tournament playing for the host club. After progressing to the senior team he transferred to Inter Milan before moving to Everton FC in the summer of 2005. Van der Meyde scored in his Netherlands debut against the USA and represented his country during Euro 2004.
